The webinar link to join the Symposium sessions will be sent to registered attendees 5 days before the event. You will also receive a reminder with the link 24 hours prior to the event start date. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in your email inbox.

Currently, we do not have discounted room rates or preferred hotel arrangements for this event.

Yes, food and coffee are included with the in-person registration.

Vegetarian option is available for breakfast and lunch. We are unable to take additional special dietary requests.

Fremont Downtown Event Center is compliant to the standards (Public Law 101-336) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The facility is fully accessible to persons with disabilities.

Volunteering opportunities are available for currently registered PMISV volunteers only. A special invitation will be sent to these active volunteers. If you are an active volunteer and do not receive the invitation, please send us an inquiry.

Attendees will earn 7.0 PDUs. If you are unable to attend all of the sessions, the amount of session hours you attend will be calculated for PDUs you may claim.

Details will be provided for claiming PDUs after the event.

Recordings and other Symposium-related information will be made available to registered attendees on the PMI Silicon Valley website after the event.

Requests to switch from in-person to virtual attendance will be considered based on availability; however, changes are not guaranteed.
