Sprint boards and status updates were built for a world where humans did all the work — agentic AI breaks that model. This session unpacks how PM/TPM roles, rituals, and
tooling need to be rearchitected as AI agents become active participants in the delivery process, not just tools PMs manage around.

• Sprint boards and status rituals were designed to coordinate humans — they don't map cleanly onto a world where AI agents are executing work asynchronously and continuously, not on a two-week cadence
• PMs and TPMs shift from tracking "who's doing what" to defining guardrails, success criteria, and evaluation loops for agents — the job moves upstream from coordination to
specification
• Traditional status updates (what did you do, what's blocked) become less meaningful when agents work 24/7; the operating model needs new signals — agent confidence scores, task completion quality, human-in-the-loop intervention rates.
