Gmail's filters can sometimes hide chapter communications. Use these specific search terms to find your info:

  • By Event Title: This is the most effective way to find a specific link. Search for the exact name of the event (e.g., "Job Search Breakfast Meeting" or "New Member Orientation").
  • By Sender: Search for from:pmisv.org to see all official chapter correspondence.

Check "Hidden" Folders

PMISV emails are often sent via automated systems that Gmail may misclassify:

  • Promotions Tab: Check here first; mass-distributed newsletters and event invites frequently land here.
  • Spam Folder: If you don't see your registration confirmation within 10 minutes, check your Spam.
  • Whitelisting: To prevent this in the future, add memberservices@pmisv.org and it@pmisv.org to your Gmail Contacts.
