“Leadership Magic: The Journey from Trickster to Sage” is based on my 40 year journey living on the streets of New York as a teenager; to enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps and going through the enlisted ranks to the offi cer ranks; to being a Principal in a publicly traded company. All of us are leaders. All of us are the sum of those we meet in our journey of leadership, our journey of life, our journey of self. All of us we are self-motivated. All of us are self-directed.
