After you join, it can take up to six weeks for the PMISV chapter to get your contact information from PMI. PMI HQ sends the chapter membership updates based on the calendar month, which arrives at the chapter and are loaded about the middle of the following month. (For example: If you join in January, your welcome to the chapter, addition to the chapter's email distribution, and password to the chapter's member area will arrive around mid-February.) We realize some people want to get started immediately, so we suggest you visit our web site and select the upcoming events of interest and jump in.
