Career Management Seminar:  Breakthrough “Personal” Productivity, the Agile Way!

So, how is your level of productivity these days? Are you consistently performing at the top of your game, getting what matters most to YOU accomplished and generating abundant results at work, in your business or at home? Or, are you bogged down in your time management system, email, social media or mindless tasks that drain your energy and take you out of ‘flow’?

If you know there’s got to be a better way, then come level up your productivity and ignite your career by joining this interactive session full of great new Agile based tools and ‘aha’ moments. We will explore the strategies of ‘Enterprise Scale’ Agile and translate them into an Agile Practice you can easily adopt at “Personal Scale”.   Leap beyond Time Management, stop struggling with your to-do list and focus you attention in more strategic and energizing ways. As takeaways, you’ll also:

1.         Think more strategically about what matters most in your work/life for the rest of 2014 & 2015. And, you’ll define your EPICS!

2.         Reduce distraction and procrastination, through fun activities that raise awareness of your focus & attention patterns and learn valuable techniques to shift what isn’t serving you.

3.         You will receive a valuable new Agile based tool, the “90-day Attention Optimization™ Plan” to help you generate momentum and break through the productivity log jams you might be experiencing (including your own career development).

4.         Deepen your understanding of Agile practices by EXPERIENCING them on a “Personal Scale”. You will be able to take that wisdom to work and be more effective in leading change or working with Agile at either “Team Scale” or “Enterprise Scale”.
