Bill has over 30 years’ experience in project leadership and program management from idea to marketable solution. During that time he has performed a multitude of roles such as senior executive, line manager and staff member for Fortune 10 companies and startups.

Previously Bill was Director of Systems Integration for BCSI; VP and point for VCs at Quesix, a pioneer in the electronic medical record field; and one of Xerox’s 32 Integrated Solutions Managers chartered with transforming Xerox’s brand of The Copier Company into The Document Company by mentoring Xerox’s world-class sales organization in solutions sales and marketing innovation solutions created by PARC (the Fountain of Innovation). Xerox was followed by Coris; a pioneer in authoring and publishing web solutions which was acquired by Quark. After Coris, Bill founded TBGI, now Ecocentric Strategies where he served a multitude of early state technology tool companies and successfully implemented critical initiatives using Lean for Knowledge Work as the foundation for methodologies from Waterfall to Agile methods.
