Career Management Seminar:

Understanding behavioral styles, a tool for strategic leaders

You have just received your annual performance evaluation and under Opportunity your Manager has listed: Needs to be more strategic. What the heck does that mean and what action should you take?

Being strategic starts with understanding the different behavioral styles within your team, organization and executive management. Strategic leadership increasingly requires our program leaders to effectively communicate at all levels in an organization in order influence outcomes.

This interactive discussion will provide practical techniques to rapidly access and overcome even the most contentious styles.

•          Project management professionals will develop the skills to evaluate, understand and manage the different behavioral styles.

•          Attendees will learn how to recognize and overcome conflicting and contentious styles.

•          Attendees will learn strategic skills in order to influence executive management.
