Rich Condon, PMP
Rich currently works for Calyx Software, he has over fifteen years experience leading project teams. He has held various Senior Program and Project Management roles in IBM, Hitachi GST and Stanford University in the areas of hardware development, software development, portfolio management, IT applications implementation and deployment of business transformation processes. He has been a PMP since 1997 and is a founding member for the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter. Rich has been a Career Management Co-Director and evening program Co-Director.
In addition, he is an Assistant Scout Master for BSA Troop 37, Los Altos and active in the Track & Field program for Saint Francis High, Mountain View.
Wayne Goulding, PMP
Wayne is an accomplished and skilled Senior Program/Project Manager with a record executing complex and high profile programs in nuclear, manufacturing, telecommunications, automotive businesses. He is talented in developing and implementing project management processes to ensure highly effective project execution and aligning change efforts with business goals; accomplished in advanced methodologies, processes, and technologies. He has 20+ years’ solid experience spanning multiple disciplines including Business Development, Program Management, and Operations Management.
Wayne was active in establishing the chapter, in 1997. He sat on the chapter's first elected board of directors, and continued as a board member for 1998 - 1999, 2001 - 2006 and 2011. He was chapter president in 1999 and 2002. From 2003 through 2006 he held the position of Senior Director of Chapter Development. He has provided many significant contributions in development of member benefits, business operations, and organizational infrastructure. For his many contributions he was named the 2006 and 2010 Volunteer of the Year, an award Wayne instituted during his 1999 term as president. Wayne is currently the chapter's Vice President - Operations.
