Like many of Wayne’s colleagues; he is an “accidental project manager”; starting as a designer of manufacturing tooling; advancing into engineering; moving onto engineering planning; growing to lead global, high-tech, complex programs. Wayne’s decades of work have yielded a diverse experience set, the most recent two being: Project leader as an independent consultant for creation of a high volume soil analysis laboratory in Iowa and creation of a promotional products printing facility in Mexico. Wayne has graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration; plus, a certificate in Program/Project Management and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Wayne was a founding member and twice past president of PMI-Silicon Valley Chapter. Wayne has served over 10-years in various PMI-SV Board of Directors’ positions.
