Dulce Franke, PMP Host, Breakfast Meeting - Belmont	Dulce Franke, PMP, is currently a Senior Project Manager in IT at Gap Inc and has been delivering IT Projects (infrastructure, client & web applications) for more than 15 years. Before Gap Inc, she was Account Executive at a bottled water company in Sacramento, worked at several companies in the Bay Area as a Consultant, and worked in the Philippines as Advertising Media Director. Dulce currently also serves on the IT Advisory Committee in the city of  Foster City and was elected Chair in 2007. She is also currently President (2007-2011) of the Filipino-American Association in Foster City. Dulce graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento, California in 1994 and completed three years of Economics degree in the Philippines. Dulce currently hosts the Belmont and San Bruno Roundtable meetings.
Richard Mazzarella Host, Breakfast Meeting - Cupertino	Rick has extensive PM experience markets ranging from commercial-agile to highly-regulated environments. He has managed product lines with up to $80M/year revenue as Director of R&D, SQA, Product Lifecyle leader and operations-related positions. He has extensive experience turning around challenged programs and product lines via his PM skills, customer engagements, and product/management innovations. He is an earlier developer and practitioner of portfolio management systems to achieve product roadmap and market gain optimums. Rick’s staff management experience includes managing groups of up to 35 staff, managing multinational development teams, and building/rebuilding product development teams. Rick’s technical background began in the aerospace industry. His software development experience lead to senior positions in systems engineering and, ultimately, project management. He holds a BA in Astronomy from the University of California, Berkeley. Rick is now at Asyst Technologies; a robotics company in the semiconductor industry. At Asyst Technologies, Rick holds the title of Senior Manager; Applications and Product Support group.
Ed Mitchell Host, Breakfast Meeting - Dublin	More than 30 years working in the Information Technology sector. Mostly with Chevron Corp and Project Management contracting. Experience as Systems Programmer, Project Manager (Data Center relocation, Business Resumption, Facilities upgrade), Manager of Application Delivery and Manager of Center of Excellence for Project Management. Key areas of interest include project alignment with business objectives, project scope, risk and estimating. Ed has facilitated the Dublin Breakfast Roundtable since 2003.

He has over 15 years experience in software development, and successfully delivered solutions in startup and fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. Rico has also held positions as Software Developer, Network Systems Engineer, Systems Manager, and Product Manager. In addition, Rico has over three years experience as a systems integration and management consultant. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a Finance M.B.A.

Bobby Wen, PMP Co-Host, San Bruno Happy Hour	Bobby Wen is a PMP certified technical project manager with two engineering degrees and an MBA.    He has over 10 years of experience putting in large complex applications, such as E-commerce systems, warehouse management systems and datacenter, making sure they are run 24x7 and follow regulatory compliance.    Bobby is currently passionate about open source eMR/eHR software.

DeVine Consulting is a small business that partners with large Fortune 500 companies to provide the dynamic quick response and opportunities that a large corporations need help with. Glen believes in being active with professional societies, and has been a board member and president of the PMI Monterey Bay Chapter, and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) San Francisco Section. To improve the PMI networking in Santa Cruz County, Glen initiated and is now hosting the Santa Cruz Breakfast program. The focus of the breakfast program is on improving communication and negotiating skills.

Maura Fujieh, PMP Host, Breakfast Meeting - Consultant Breakfast	Maura Fujieh, PMP, develops and supports planning and project controls systems for government research programs and projects. She has been involved in the roll-out of several web-based tools to customers in both industry and government. She has overseen the development and implementation of integrated processes and procedures for various projects performing long-term aerospace R&D. Carl Rand, PMP Host, Breakfast Meeting - Job Search Breakfast	Carl Rand has 15 years of combined experience in technology project management, business continuity planning, systems engineering, and process improvement.  His areas of expertise include project planning and control, risk assessment and mitigation, management consultation, mentoring, training, curriculum development and career transition. Carl has worked for major corporations including CA, NetApp, Intuit, Nortel Networks, Visa International, and IBM.  As a Certified Associate of Lee Hecht Harrison he provided career transition and consulting services to their clients from Silicon Valley technology companies.  In these endeavors, Carl has extended his broad range of project management, consulting and facilitation skills to help organizations assess risks, plan for business continuity, reengineer business processes, effectively manage project portfolios, and implement cross- functional enterprise programs. Carl holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Marine Biology from Occidental College. She has broad P&L, program management, operations and consulting experience. Her range of responsibilities has included P&L, sales, marketing, technical oversight, planning and budgeting, staffing, risk management and contract negotiations with national/international telecommunications equipment vendors, service providers, enterprises, and Federal Agencies. She is currenlty working at Flextronix as the Director of Program Management. - Françoise oversaw ~$1B yearly Fixed Price programs as part of SAIC Corporate PMO - She worked cross-functionally in a complex organization to manage and develop a strategic approach and implementation plan for project risk management. - She has improved organization P&L with EBIT increase from single to double digits - Françoise successfully managed over 100 programs delivering on scope within schedule and budget with satisfied customers. - She educated 600+ staff on project management and project risk management - She demonstrated a strong knowledge of commercial and federal rules of engagement Françoise has more than 15 years experience in project and program management (PMP Certified since 1998). Sherry Remington, PMP Co-Host, Breakfast Meeting - PMO Roundtable	Sherry S Remington has been a project manager for Cisco Systems, Inc. since 1998. She began her work with Cisco on ERP systems implementations and has engaged in many different types and sizes of projects. She worked as a Project Manager on the one of the largest infrastructure implementations at Cisco. Her previous nine years were spent with an international refuse and recycling company managing multi million dollar municipal contracts. Currently, Sherry is engaged as a leader in the Cisco Services PMO. A native of Mississippi, Sherry studied at the University of Southern Mississippi. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business. She also holds a Master’s Certificate from The George Washington University School of Business and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Sherry is currently achieving a Program Management certificate from Stanford University. Sherry spends much of her spare time volunteering at organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank, American Red Cross and Viola Blythe Community Service. She serves as an officer of her local church, a previous board member for CRN, Love INC and is engaged in a variety of social services to the community.
Mozhdeh (Mo) Rastegar-Panah, PMP Co-Host, Happy Hour Meeting	Mozhdeh (Mo) Rastegar-Panah has been a Project Manager for McAfee since 2006 working in New Product Introductions / Tech Ops. She continues to drive the global Consumer, Partner and Enterprise software launches through the Supply Chain. Prior to McAfee, Mo's experience included product lifecycle management, understanding and developing solutions for software process pain points, process simplification, PAC facilitation, CAP and Six Sigma. She looks forward to developing new and inventive ways to utilize the traditional PMP practices to solve the everyday unique challenges posed by Silicon Valley. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University, Computer Engineering.
Kristi Iverson, PMP Co-Host, Womens Forum - South Bay	Kristi Iverson, PMP, is a consultant with Resources Global Professionals, and is currently working as a project manager in Acquisition Integration at a local Fortune 100 technology company.  Her prior experience includes over 20 years managing business process and  IT projects at Hewlett-Packard, Co, including components of complex global SAP implementations.  During her time at HP Kristi led the re-design of the HP Services SAP Contract Management solution to enable successful integration of Compaq Services into HP.  Kristi has also held positions as an IT manager and recently developed a keen interest in implementation of electronic health care systems.  She has been an member of the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter since June 2005.
Marilyn Bloom, PMP Co-Host, Womens Forum - South Bay	Marilyn Bloom, PMP, has 7+ years experience as a Project Manager. She has worked in a broad spectrum of roles, including: Treasury Specialist, Ops Finance Analyst, International Accountant, IT Sr. Business Analyst and IT Project Manager, running the SAP Data Archiving program, during 27+ years at Intel. Her key focus area, in IT, was compliance records management. Marilyn is now looking for a new opportunity to use her expertise. She holds a Bachelors degree in International Business from Linfield College, Oregon. She has worked in Germany, the US and Singapore and managed virtual, cross-functional project teams.
