For example, it accommodates both Agile project elements, scales for program and portfolio level management, integrates with other services like SalesForce.com, and includes project team collaboration, document sharing, and online communication. Project Managers from Silicon Valley companies, such as Netapp, VMWare, and others, each share their hands-on experiences and learning as they transition their own company-wide project teams onto Clarizen, an online PM platform. Attendee Take-Aways: - Project management change leadership process and skills that are critical for a successful transition. - The decision factors that drive a move to a cloud-based PM platform. - Advantages and challenges of taking a PM platform change to virtual or disbursed project teams. - How a PM platform can help introduce emerging Agile elements into projects and portfolios.
