Career Development Workshop Breakthrough Conversations, Communicating under Stress |
|||||||||||||
Last date for On-line Registration: Early Bird - 12/02/2013 Regular - 12/09/2013 Description: This workshop has the potential of being one of the most helpful workshops you have ever taken. Not only does it help you in your day-to-day challenges at work but in your personal life as well. Effective communication skills are essential for Project Managers and recent surveys indicate that 95% of respondents indicate that “tough” conversations are still avoided or not held very well. This workshop simplifies how to have those “tough” conversations so you can remain in dialogue and have workable results. Rather than watering down the message that needs to be delivered, learn how to make it safe enough to talk about anything. This is a practical workshop where you will work through real life examples. This workshop presents a model you can use right away as well as continue to challenge yourself to practice whenever a “tough” conversation opportunity surfaces. Project Sponsors, Managers, Coordinators who have a genuine desire to learn how to communicate more effectively should plan to attend. Course outline:
