About the Speaker
As an independent consultant, Ainsley’s work is focused on the development of sustainable environments for learning and continuous improvement. She enjoys using a variety of approaches, including chartering, retrospectives, Open Space Technology, and World Café, to enable clients to capitalize on the insights they have, and discover the knowledge they need. Ainsley has a BA in Criminology, an M.S. in Educational Psychology and spent 20+ years at Hewlett Packard as a software developer, business process consultant and project manager before launching on her own. She also has the following sets if initials – ACP, PMP, CSM, CSPO.
Ainsley is co-author of “Liftoff: Launching Agile Teams and Projects” and teaches a variety of Agile Management courses at local universities, speaks at conferences, and facilitates public workshops on Personal Retrospectives. She also volunteers with several organizations as: Director, Agile Alliance Agile Open Program, Convention Manager, AAUW CA 2016 Convention, and founder/organizer of Agile Open California conferences.
