About the Speaker:

 

Anup has been instrumental in Agile Transformation at the enterprise level and has over 20 years of program and portfolio management experience in the Software Industry. He has been at the board of PMI Silicon Valley Chapter for 5 years and has served as Chapter President in 2012. He currently serves as the Advisor to the board for 2015.

He serves in the Agile Advisory Board and teaches as an Adjunct Faculty at UC Berkeley Extension for wide variety of Agile and Project Management courses.

He is the founder and organizer of a meetup – Silicon Valley Agile Trends and Leadership (http://www.meetup.com/AgileSV) that have over 1200 active members and attracts 130+ professionals on month basis.

He is currently employed at Visa as a Sr. Director / Portfolio Management Lead and has tremendous energy to drive audacious goals for the company. Prior to this, he has worked at various companies including Yahoo where he spearheaded multiple cross-organizational goals to successful completion.
