About the Speaker:

 

Steve Bockman is an Agile trainer and coach, Certified Scrum Master and software developer who began his career in 1977. Since then he has worked in the fields of speech recognition, terrain analysis, computer graphics, desktop publishing, industrial automation and web applications.

Steve is the owner of Agile Unlimited, a company in the San Francisco North Bay focusing on helping organizations enhance their productivity.

Steve is especially adept at creating exercises and simulations that distill information from various sources into hands-on activities that teach valuable principles. He is the originator of Team Estimation, a technique for collaboratively estimating work effort. He is also the author of Predictability, a business novel about creating reliable project schedules, and Practical Estimation, a Kindle pocket guide detailing the Team Estimation technique.
