PM Insights Foster City presents
Foster City
Surveys have shown that over 90% of managers have never had any training in decision-making. They rely on gut-feel decisions. This presentation will highlight the “natural pitfalls” associated with decision-making and provide guidelines for using analytical techniques to reinforce our common-sense decision-making capabilities.
You will learn
1. Common sense, experience, and intuition are not sufficient in today’s world of information overload.
2. Never make any decision of consequence without identifying relevant criteria and assigning weights in a defensible manner.
3. All decisions must be able to withstand a sensitivity analysis.
