Future proof your career through an Agile Mindset

Description:

We're heading into seismic change.... driven by volatile business dynamics, disruptive technology, unprecedented social networks and connectedness (the Internet of Things); extreme complexity and unprecedented levels of uncertainty. We must anticipate new sources of competition and find innovative ways of organizing and working new business models.

This event will enable us to look at what we need to start doing today to build our Project/Program/Portfolio Management (PPPM) skills that will sharpen our competitive edge and foolproof our careers so we don't walk into the future blindfolded.

To remain competitive, our PPPM tool belt needs to be sharpened against future technology and industry trends. In this information packed seminar we will learn to use tools that will help:

   •   Discover changing customer needs and make value visible and manageable

   •   Align the org around common vision and a culture of value,

   •   Harness value engineering tools to accomplish only the highest value work, and

   •   Shatter some paradigms that hold us and our organizations back!
