When:  December 02, 2014 6:00pm-8:00pm
Where:  Peninsula Jewish Community Center, 800 Foster City Boulevard,
Foster City

Last date for online registration: 11/28/2014

Description:

This presentation helps you expand your professional PM communication skills. Communication Management is one of the most important activities for a Project Manager.

As we know, 80% of all communication is non-verbal, but when it comes to the C suite, the words we use are very important and often we get only one chance. This is where the 20% matters the most.

Takeaways:

By attending this event, project management professionals will understand the perspective from the C suite:

• Attendees will learn how to practice and adopt skills to be effective at the C level.

• Attendees will learn how to use C suite for making elevator pitch.

• This knowledge is a key skill of successful project managers.
