Project Managers (PM) are faced with a dynamic and high paced business environment. The role of a PM is to ensure the timelines are kept and the deliverables are completed with quality and efficiency. The PM is pushed by management always to work faster and harder and questioned by their team about deadlines and deliverable schedules. The PM provides vision and goals, updates from Stakeholders, direction on project activities, guidance on performance objectives, coaching on best practices, team development, risk management, budget status, schedule status, manage team communication, monitor performance metrics, career guidance.
Your ability to lead in this environment is critical aspect to your success. This PM requires a skill set of strong leadership, expert communication, inspirational/ motivational strategies, expert relational skills, team and individual management skills and strong supporting practices to remain calm and center at the middle of the storm.

Cancellation after Regular Registration Date and Day before workshop (by 5.00 PM Pacific): 50% refund
