Tools & Techniques: Igniting Next Level Team Results - Facilitative Leadership

Learn how to Ignite your Team at a 50% discount!

 Are you starting up a team project and want to set up for success?

• Got a talented team that is spinning its wheels?

• Wondering how to work through the obstacles that crop up in the team’s daily work and

encourage self-organization?

Join us for an interactive exploration of facilitative leadership using the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance ModelTM (TPM). This framework will equip you to quickly recognize the stages of your team’s journey, where it may be stuck, and how team members can take their performance and results to the next level.

During this session, two experienced facilitators, Susan Berry and Randy Thomas, will guide the group to identify common issues that hold back team performance. Using your challenges as the context, they will introduce the TPM, a framework for understanding and enabling the launch, operation, and renewal of effective teams. You will learn how to focus your team on key issues that must be resolved at each stage of its work. And you will take your facilitation skills further as you collaborate with colleagues to apply TPM insights to the issues you have identified.

Takeaways:

• A practical, highly effective model for forming and sustaining productive and resourceful teams;

• A strategy for establishing focus at key stages of the team’s work; and

• Facilitative tools to engage the team in clarifying purpose, building trust and relationship, goal- alignment, gaining commitment, and creating/executing collaborative processes that lead to exceptional outcomes.
