Alex is an executive and entrepreneur with CEO and other C-Level management, Board of Directors and transactional experience in several service industry sectors: financial services, software and SaaS, postsecondary education and training, private equity investing, franchising, law, restaurants and consulting.
As part of the management team and board of directors, and working with private equity and other investors, Alex sets strategic direction, achieves corporate development, business development, fundraising and financial goals, builds productive teams and implements best HR practices. He also takes charge of and closes complex financial, corporate, M&A, strategic alliance and other transactions.
ERIC JOHNSON
Eric Johnson is a successful sales executive, entrepreneur and investor with over 28 years of experience identifying and monetizing great ideas. As a sales executive and entrepreneur, Eric led teams that created new markets for dozens of products and have generated over $2 billion in revenues. As an investor, Eric has lead teams that secured financing in excess of $355 million for companies in fields like real estate, biofuels, construction materials manufacturing and electric vehicles. Eric has extensive experience with lean and virtual organizations that focus on a triple bottom line–People, Planet, Profit. By focusing on the good of the first two, and executing as a steward, the third grows exponentially. Eric also believes in Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) and endeavors to bring that philosophy to all of his investments, whether or not they start that way.
PENO PAN
Peno Pan is a successful PMP-certified project/program manager and lean/six sigma black belt with 25 years of experience driving process excellence across programs and supply chains. Peno’s experience spans the entire product development from concept to disposal of product for both the United States Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs. On subsequent assignments, Peno has been actively involved in the successful execution of Atlas, Joint Strike Fighter and various DoD and commercial satellite programs from an engineering, supplier development/management, production or strategic quality role.
