Synopsis:
There is increasing focus on creating innovative teams. An emerging perspective says that good processes and best practices are insufficient. Leaders must start changing the "social ontology" of their teams: "who they are being" not just what they do. Shifting language and conversations for risk and commitment is decisive and provides a critical footing for executing Agile and Lean.
This talk will cover cutting edge theory (complete with new buzz words) behind creating high performance teams and companies, along with very specific actions you can take to implement this approach. We will discuss specific tools that will shift the nature and culture of your teams.
