Description:

Given the issues that show up while collaborating on projects, especially across groups of different departments or organizations, Companies are establishing a culture of peer/team coaching and we invite you to learn about this industry movement! Being part of a peer coaching group will mitigate and remove obstacles that come in the way of successful cooperation, with positive results for you, your team and the work that needs to be done.

Team Coaching is a process in the form of dialogue that leverages insights and experiences of group members to attain personal and professional growth and team success. Join us to learn this unique model of coaching. In addition, you’ll learn about the Energy Leadership Index a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and overall leadership capabilities. With this assessment, you’ll understand how you show up at work and how it relates to leadership excellence. You’ll then understand how it can help you shift your attitude to present yourself in a way that inspires greatness in others and it ties in nicely to team coaching.
