Laura is an executive coach, leadership trainer and culture change consultant for such organizations as NASA, the Navy, Visa, Shell Oil, M+T Bank, Silicon Valley start-ups and tech giants as well as international clients in the UK, Netherlands, India and China. She began her career on Wall Street, ran her own marketing/PR firm during the rise of the dot com era before becoming a leadership consultant with Learning as Leadership, a consultancy firm she helped found. As a graduate of the Syracuse University Whitman School of Business, she’s trained in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Training, David Allen’s Getting Things Done, Crucial Conversations and various 360 instruments. She has led leadership workshops and spoken at conferences for thousands of leaders around the globe and is an author and thought leader on leadership and work-place topics.

This event is a professional society meeting, held for the benefit of its members. The Plan Ahead registration fee paid is based on the registrant's ability to commit to attendance, ahead of time.
