When: 14 December 2016, 5:30pm-8:30pm
When attempting to assess how much work there is in a project, your Agile team probably employs an estimation technique that requires the participation of all team members. But this kind of all-hands involvement is completely unnecessary if you know where your bottleneck is.
This highly interactive session combines slides and hands-on exercises to illustrate how you can leverage your bottleneck to decrease disruption of your team when making project schedules.
This session will be an abbreviated version of the day-long workshop that covers the material. As such, it will cover only the highlights of the approach.
Takeaways:
• Learn how to identify the actual bottleneck in your work process---it may not be where you think it is.
• Find out why the bottleneck is the key to estimating with a minimum number of people involved.
• Discover how to create useful project schedules with little or no up-front design work.
