Jennifer Swenson has more than 10 years experience in program and project portfolio management. She was certified as PMP in 2002 and as Sr. PM in IBM in 2003. Her PM experience included both waterfall and agile practice with internal stakeholders and external contractual customers in wide range fields: SW, HW, infrastructure, OEM, Joint Venture, etc. She has managed mission critical, cross functional programs interfacing with end-to-end business or engineering processes. She directly interacted with customers from end users to executives. Jennifer also worked in people management building global teams, in business management taking on large portfolios for certain business sectors, and turning around troubled business areas with programs and operations including 24x7 support in IBM. Jennifer is an active Toastmaster and has served as VP Education and then President in 2010 for Vox club in IBM. She is currently working for Juniper Networks as a Program Manager.
