Few Project Managers realize that advanced techniques, not years of use, can provide much more value from Microsoft Project.  If you wish to be MS Project certified (70-632), you should sign up for the Advanced class.   Most schedules and company practices are not ready for Project Server, which doesn’t improve scheduling; it expands communications with management and collaboration among team members.  With approvals, it can enable timesheets to update schedules. PMI-SV has priced these classes far below commercial rates so that our graduates can be noticeably better than others.     Preparing For a Class:   Note: No internet connectivity is provided at the workshop facility.
