Description

The PM Breakfast Meeting, Mountain View/Sunnyvale is a monthly facilitated discussion for project professionals who want practical, peer-supported conversations about current project management challenges, industry trends, tools, leadership, and delivery practices.

This meeting is moving into a more structured discussion format. Each month will include a planned topic, guided prompts, and time for attendees to raise current project challenges or questions. The goal is to help participants arrive prepared, contribute meaningfully, and leave with ideas they can apply in their own work.

Rather than an open-ended brainstorming session, this meeting is designed as a focused, discussion-driven forum. Attendees are encouraged to review the monthly prompts in advance, bring a current issue or lesson learned, and be ready to share practical insights with peers across industries.

What to Expect

Each session will include:

  • A monthly project management topic or theme
  • Short facilitator-led framing of the topic
  • Guided discussion prompts
  • Peer exchange across industries and experience levels
  • Time for attendee-submitted questions or current PM challenges outside of the monthly topic
  • Summary of key takeaways and next steps
  • Relevant PMI Silicon Valley Chapter updates and upcoming events

Participants may also be invited to share optional contact information, such as name, email, LinkedIn profile, role, company, or area of interest, to support continued networking after the session.
